  6.                                 COPYRIGHT NOTICE

  8.           X-DOS 5.0 is a copyrighted product and thus is protected by U.S.
  9.           and international copyright law.  X-DOS 5.0 refers to the X-DOS
  10.           operating system, its utilities and help files as well as the
  11.           manual.  You are granted a license to use X-DOS only under the
  12.           terms and conditions specified in this license agreement.

  14.                               SHAREWARE DEFINITION
  15.  
  16.           X-DOS 5.0 is distributed as a shareware software, which can be
  17.           copied and distributed by anybody as long as the content of X-
  18.           DOS is not altered. The 'Shareware' mark in the X-DOS boot up
  19.           and copyright screen should not be removed. X-DOS is not public
  20.           domain software. When you obtain a copy of X-DOS 5.0 from
  21.           Bulletin Board System, friends, computer clubs, or any other
  22.           ways, you are granted the right to try X-DOS on one computer for
  23.           21 days. If after this period of time you decide to continue to
  24.           use X-DOS, you must buy a registered version from HBS.

  26.                             REDISTRIBUTION OF X-DOS

  28.           You may redistribute your shareware version of X-DOS as long as
  29.           the X-DOS files are not modified. You cannot use any of X-DOS
  30.           program files, help files ... into another commercial package.
  31.           However you are entitled to distribute the X-DOS.SYS file freely
  32.           if it is included in a demo package for auto boot providing that
  33.           this demo is distributed free of charge.
